• The requisite compulsory health certificate (CHC) is mandatory for Registration of Amarnath Pilgrimage 2026.

Medical Procedure: 

The pilgrims who are planning for Amarnath Pilgrimage 2025 they have to follow the steps

1. Download CHC Form from our website or Shri amarnathji shrine board (SASB) official website.
2. Fill all the personal details as per the format.
3. Download own state doctor list Authorised by Amarnathji Shrine Board, go the nearest hospital (hospital name should be in the list) and do health check-up and take sign and stamp of authorised doctor.
   • Pilgrims must visit authorized hospitals or healthcare centers approved by the SASB for their medical examination.
   • After undergoing the examination, pilgrims will receive a Medical Fitness Certificate if they are deemed fit to undertake the pilgrimage.
   • This certificate is mandatory for completing the registration process.
   • The compulsory health Certificate must be submitted during the registration process, either (online or offline mode of registration), along with other required documents such as ID proof (Adhar card/ Election card/ Pan card) and a passport-sized photograph.
