Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival-
Arrive to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel. Evening – Detail briefing on Kailash Manasarovar Yatra.
Day 02: Pashupatinath and Vishnu Temple Darshan.
After breakfast Visit Pashupatinath, and Sleeping Vishnu, back to hotel. After lunch preparation for yatra.
Day 03: Kathmandu- Dunche/ Syabrubesi (Nepal-China Border)
After Breakfast, group will departure to Dunche/ Syabrubesi. 1950m – 154km (Nepal-China Border) by private tourist coach. 6-7hrs drive.
Day 04: Dunche/ Syabrubesi – Kyirong
After Breakfast drive to Nepal China Border by coach and group will clear Nepal/ Chinese border formalities and drive continue to Kyirong (2800m) 35 Km / 2 hrs
Day 05: Full Day Acclimatization
Acclimatization’s in Kyirong
Day 06: Kyirong- Saga/ Dongba  (4250m) 268km
After Breakfast, Drive to Saga/ Dongba (4250m) 268km / 7-8 hrs. En-route, we are going to drive over Bharmaputra River and drive continue to Saga/ Dongba.
Day 07: Drive to Lake Mansarovar-Â Drive to Lake Manasarovar (4500m) Chiu 365km / 9-10 hrs.
Today beautiful day drive to Chiu Manasarovar Lake crossing over Mayum La and Chhongo Lake one the way. On the south of Lake is Mt. Gurla Mandhata (7728m) on south and Holy Kailash on the north. Lake Manasarovar is considered the holiest of all of Tibet’s many lakes.
Day 08: Drive to Darchen-Â Hawan at Manasarovar (4500m) and drive to Darchen- 53 km.
In the morning, the Sunny staff will set up private bathing tent on the shores of Lake Manasarovar for the traditional sacred bath most pilgrims perform before circumambulating the holy mountain. We then perform puja and hawan on the banks. After lunch, one-hour drive to Darchen.
Day 09: Darchen- Darboche- Trek to Diraphuk
Drive to Darboche (15 km) and Trek to Diraphuk (4800m)-14-15 km
Day 10: Trek to Dolma la pass then Zuthulphuk
Trek over the Dolma la pass- 5650m to Zutulphuk Gompa (4790m) -30-32km- 10-11hrs
Day 11:- Trek to Zongo – Drive to Dongba/Saga
Trek to Zongdo (4-5km) and drive to Dongba/Saga
Day 12: Drive to Kyirong 268 km / 6-7hrs
Drive to Kyirong 268 km / 6-7 hrs. and continue drive to Syabrubesi. Nepal/China border
Day 13: Drive to Kathmandu 172 km / 7-8 hours.
Arriving back at the hotel in Kathmandu, we will celebrate our successful trip with a banquet for all Yatris (pilgrims).
Day 14: Check out from Kathmandu
Transfer to airport for departure flight.
**Parikrama is optional. There are few who would be doing Parikrama by walk, few by horse & few old age people may not be doing Parikrama. Those who are not doing Parikrama will return from Yam Dwar to Guest House at Darchen. We will arrange meals & accommodation there. Holy Mount Kailash is easily visible from there & one can do puja from there too. People staying at Darchen will join other group members in 1st half once they complete 3rd day of Parikrama.

Tour Cancellation Policy
- All notice of cancellation must be sent to our Email in written.
- Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
- 60 days before trip departure 30% of total trip cost will be charge.
- 45 days before trip departure 40% of total trip cost will be charge.
- 30 days before trip departure 50% of total trip cost will be charge.
- Once clients arrived in Kathmandu there after no refund will be made
Booking and Payments
As per new rules trip booking should be done in advance of 2 month before and paid to Chinese parts payments directly to China Then the Nepal part payments of 25000 per pax required before a month and full payments has to be made 30 days before groups arrival in Nepal. Minimum 6 months valid date passport is required. No compensations will be provided to any clients after the visiting Kailash Mansarovar.
Risk and Liabilities:
We always effort to make your journey smooth and pleasant. However, as all the Tibet tours and treks are run strictly under Tibet Tourism Bureau. Sunny Travel or its Tibet counterpart agent shall not be responsible for any alternation or cancellation of program due to any unavoidable circumstances beyond control such as road blockade, landslide, snow, political unrest cancellation of flight, delay arrival, lack of transport, visa rejected by Chinese authorities, sickness or accident. Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spot. Since Tibet is very remote place and road are very rough sometime good vehicle may breaked.             Â
