It is very important to follow Amarnath pilgrimage terms and conditions policy. Religious Tour and Travel will not accept any cancellation. If yatra will cancel due to bad weather, terrorist attack, city curfew, country pandemic or due to any other reason govt. will cancel the tour or
Customer will cancel the tour. “Religious Tour and Travel Agency” will not be Responsible for any accident/injury/death/Pandemics, Natural disaster, curfew, landslide, Terrorist attack. Agency is subject to change Packages cost and cancel tour without any prior notice we have authority to book helicopter tickets for own Customer who book Tour Packages only. We are not the authorise agency for booking of Helicopter tickets. Pilgrims can book directly on online through Amarnathji shrine board official website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case of Amarnath pilgrimages, Helicopter cancel due to any reasons, all the pilgrims have to collect the refund amount of cancelled Helicopter Tickets directly from the counter by aviation agency only, and/or make a stamp on cancelled tickets by aviation agency and send mail of the copy to aviation agency. “Religious tour and Travel agency” will not be responsible, if the pilgrims does not get the refund from the aviation services.
  • The Passengers are requested to send us the original cancelled copies of Helicopter tickets within time limit, after that the refund request will not be considered.
  • All refunds will be preceded after 60 -90 days of the scheduled Amaranth Tour. In case of any kind of delay in refund / Non Payment by the aviation services, our company will not be liable for the same. Client can directly contact to the Aviation services for refund. To claim the refund, we would require the original Cancelled Tickets with stamp and sign (from Neelgarth/ Pahalgam Helipad). You have to put the compulsory cancellation stamp & sign in your helicopter tickets. No refund request will be accepted if tickets are submitted without Stamping.
  • Children below 13 years in age, elderly persons above the age of 70 years and Ladies who are more than 6 weeks pregnant shall not be permitted to undertake the Amarnath pilgrimage.
  • Amarnath pilgrimages Passengers are requested to report at the departure helipad two hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the tickets. Passengers reporting beyond these timings shall be treated as “NO SHOW”. For Panjtarni to Neelgrath or Pahalgam sector, passengers will be boarded on a First Come First Serve Basis subject to availability of seats.
  • Compulsory Photo identity proof has to be produced on Check-in (Passport, Voter Id, Pan Card, driving licensee, Aadhar Card, and any other govt. approved ID etc.) Amarnath Yatra package cannot be rescheduled for any other destination.
  • If pilgrims fails to reach pre booked hotel/ destination due to reasons beyond our control viz. rail, flight, helicopters delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, strikes, terrorism, curfew, either it arranges by guest or by us. They have to manage all expenses for their same day stay. In case of cancellation, our cancelation policy will be applicable.
  • We are not responsible if you are not avail any service for which you have to paid due so whatsoever reason.
  • Itinerary may change or cancel without prior notice.
  • Tour may cancel without prior notice. 
  • No show, No refund.
  • All arrangement will be done by Amarnath packages Agency Only.
  • If due to whatsoever reason or seats Unavailability, if we are not able to give you Helicopter ticket for any Destination, in that case only standard/govt. price of Helicopter tickets for any destinations, mentioned on helicopter company website will be refunded


REFUND POLICY FOR TOUR PACKAGES BOOKING

  1. 0-30 Days of Yatra starting dates no Refund shall be made, except helicopter ticket amount will be refunded as per refund receive from the helicopter operator otherwise no Show.
  2. 30 Days- 60 Days- 40% amount of Packages cost will be refunded, provided you pay full amount of Packages.
  3. 60 Days- 90 Days- 50% amount of Packages cost will be refunded, provided you pay full amount of Packages.
  4. Minimum Cancellation charge any point of time 40% of the Packages cost.
  5. No Cancellation refund request will be entertained if you cancel booking once Yatra starts. Only Helicopter ticket amount will have refunded subject to refund from the helicopter operator
  6.  All cancellation requests will be accepted in written via mail. NoWhatsApp, phone call cancellation will be accepted. 7. Extra point may be added without prior notice.
