  • Our website offers religious tour packages, car rentals, and other related services. The terms specific to each service are provided at the time of booking. 
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We may require additional information to process your request.

3. Payment and Cancellations-

  • Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking. The specific payment details are mentioned in the booking confirmation.
  • Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, as outlined at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our policy.

4. User Responsibilities-

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict others from using the website.

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Religious Tour and Travel, and any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City/Country].

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the event that the Amarnath Pilgrimage helicopter services are cancelled due to any reason, all pilgrims must collect the refund for their cancelled helicopter tickets directly from the aviation agency’s counter only, Alternatively, they can have the canceled tickets stamped by the aviation agency and send a scanned copy via email to the aviation agency.
  • Religious Tour and Travel Agency will not be responsible if pilgrims fail to receive a refund from the aviation service provider.
  • The Passengers are requested to send us the original cancelled copies of Helicopter tickets within time limit, after that the refund request will not be considered.
  • As per our terms and conditions, all refunds will be processed within 60 to 90 days after the scheduled Amarnath Yatra. In case of any delay in refund processing or non-payment by the aviation services, our company holds no liability.
  • Client can directly contact to the Aviation services for refund.
  • To claim a refund, pilgrims must provide the original canceled tickets stamped and signed by the aviation agency (from the Neelgarth or Pahalgam Helipad).
  • You have to put the compulsory cancellation stamp & sign in your helicopter tickets. No refund request will be accepted if tickets are submitted without Stamping.
  • Additionally, children below 13 years, elderly individuals above 70 years, and women who are more than 6 weeks pregnant are not permitted to undertake the Amarnath Pilgrimage.
  • Amarnath pilgrimages Passengers are requested to report at the departure helipad two hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the tickets.
  • Any passengers reporting beyond the designated time for the helicopter will be considered a “NO SHOW.”
  • For Panjtarni to Neelgrath or Pahalgam sector, passengers will be boarded on a First Come First Serve Basis subject to availability of seats.
  • Compulsory Photo identity proof has to be produced on Check-in (Passport, Voter Id, Pan Card, driving licensee, Aadhar Card, and any other govt. approved ID etc.).
  • Please note that the Amarnath Pilgrimage package cannot be rescheduled to any other destination.
  • If a pilgrim fails to reach their pre-booked hotel or destination due to circumstances beyond our control viz. rail, flight, helicopters delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, strikes, terrorism, curfew, either it arranges by guest or by us. Tthey will be responsible for any additional accommodation expenses for that day.
  • In case of cancellation, our cancelation policy will be applicable.
  • We are not responsible if you are not availing any service for which you have to paid due so whatsoever reason.
  • Itinerary may change or cancel without prior notice.
  • Tour may cancel without prior notice. 
  • No show, No refund.
  • All arrangement will be done by Religious Tour and travel Agency Only.
  • If we are unable to provide helicopter tickets due to reasons like unavailability or other circumstances, only the standard government-approved helicopter ticket refund will be provided, subject to availability from the helicopter operator.

REFUND POLICY FOR TOUR PACKAGES BOOKING

  1. For cancellations made within 0-30 days of the Yatra start date, no refunds will be given except for the  ticket amount, which will be refunded as per the aviation agency’s policy.
  2. Refund will be credited to the source account within 5 to 7 working days.
  3. 30 Days- 60 Days- 40% amount of Packages cost will be refunded, provided you pay full amount of Packages.
  4. 60 Days- 90 Days- 50% amount of Packages cost will be refunded, provided you pay full amount of Packages.
  5. Minimum Cancellation charge any point of time 40% of the Packages cost.
  6. No Cancellation refund request will be entertained if you cancel booking once Yatra starts. Only  ticket amount will have refunded subject to refund from the  operator
  7. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  8. No WhatsApp, phone call cancellation will be accepted.
  9. Extra point may be added without prior notice.
